Equipped accommodation

At ARPEJ, you don’t need to worry about furnishings, because our apartments are ready to offer you comfort and functionality as soon as you arrive.   

Fully equipped apartments and studios  

We do our best to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive in our fully-equipped accommodation. Each apartment is equipped with :  

● A bathroom with shower and WC ;  

● A kitchenette: fridge with freezer + cooking plates   

● A TV socket;  

● An interphone ;  

● A variety of furniture: desk, bed with mattress, table, stools and storage units. 

We’ve provided practical, functional furniture to help you store your belongings with ease. A desk with an armchair and a bed with mattress will enable you to work and rest comfortably, while a table and stools will provide a convivial space for meals.  

On arrival, we offer you a starter BOX containing toilet paper, washing-up liquid, a sponge, a cleaning wipe and a rubbish bag. So come with a clear conscience.   

You can also borrow vacuum cleaners, ironing boards and irons. To make sure they’re available when you need them, please ask our team.  

Please note that equipment may vary depending on the residence you have chosen. You’ll find full details on the presentation sheet for each residence. 

What about fully-equipped accommodation?  

Although our homes are fully equipped for your comfort, and come with all the furniture you need, there are a few things you’ll need to bring with you. This is why we speak of “equipped accommodation” and not “furnished accommodation”, as furnished accommodation is legally required to have certain equipment that we do not provide.  

Here is the list of equipment that is not provided in our accommodation:  

• Crockery ;  
• Kitchen utensils;  
• Sheets and a duvet cover (mattress only) ;  
• Cleaning materials.  

If you wish, we sell kits to help you set up:  

• The dishes Kit for two people: plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, colander, frying pan, saucepan.  
• Sleeping kit for one or two people: fitted sheet, bed cover, duvet, pillowcase, pillow.  

What’s included in the rent?  

We want our residents to enjoy a carefree, worry-free living experience. That’s why the studios and apartments we rent come with a range of free services and amenities. What’s more, utilities are included in the rent, so there are no unpleasant surprises at the end of the month!  

Our all-inclusive rents include:
