Indeed, Rennes offers a very large number of training centres and higher education institutions.

There are two universities and a large number of schools which leave a wide choice of orientation for students who represent 19% of the population of Rennes.

Housing for students and young workers

In order to facilitate access to housing for young people in a city where demand is high, ARPEJ manages, through its partner CDC Habitat, a residence of 90 fully equipped units near the centre, the Ker Lann Campus and the EPITECH – European Institute of Technology School in Rennes.

It should be noted that the Ker Lann Campus, located in the town of Bruz near Rennes, welcomes nearly 6,000 students every year. We manage in the heart of this campus two other residences of 205 and 92 units in partnership with SA HLM LES FOYERS.
